CEOs have been appointed to a number of Hospital Groups following a recruitment competition, run by the Public Appointments Service.
Mr. Tony Canavan was appointed as Saolta CEO. Ms. Colette Cowan as UL CEO, Mr. Trevor O’Callaghan as CEO of the Dublin Midland Group, Ms Mary Day as CEO of the Ireland East Group.
Mr. Gerry O’Dwyer continues in the CEO post in the South/South West.
Mr. Ian Carter is currently employed on a 5-year fixed term contract as CEO of the RCSI Hospital Group and his contract in this role ends at the end of December 2020.
Ms. Eilish Hardiman is currently employed on a 5-year fixed term contract as the CEO of the Children’s Hospital Group, and this contract will terminate in November 2023.
