Dr Audrey Pidgeon has been appointed Chief Executive of Ability West. She succeeds Ms. Breda Crehan-Roche, who was appointed Chief Officer of HSE Community Healthcare West.
Dr Pidgeon joined Ability West in 2018 as Director of Client Services and has been Interim Chief Executive since January 2020. She is an experienced professional in the disability sector, having worked in organisations in Ireland and the UK in clinical, social care and education services and education services and roles. She has a PhD in Psychological Science from Maynooth University.
