The Board of Guardians and Directors of the Coombe Women & Infants University Hospital has announced the election of Dr Michael O’Connell as Master-Elect for the period 2020 – 2026.
Dr O’Connell is currently a Consultant Obstetrician and Gynaecologist at the Hospital and will take up post on January 1, 2020. He will succeed Dr Sharon Sheehan, who has held the position since 2013. Dr O’Connell will be the 32nd Master of the Coombe Hospital.
