Positively leading through complex change in health and social care
Our annual conference will take place on the 23rd of October 2024, in the Concert Hall, RDS, Dublin. New President, Breda Crehan Roche is looking forward to welcoming our speakers and our delegates on the day.
Positively leading through complex change in health and social care is the theme for this year. A lot of change has occurred since our conference last year, with the establishment of the six new HSE Regional Health Areas (RHAs) and changes at a national level within the public health system. The focus moves to the implementation of key priorities.
Health managers have risen to many challenges in recent times. They will be called upon to do so again, to lead the support for and to implement the strategies for continuous improvement. Conference 24, will look to explore leading complex change with a focus on leadership.
President Breda Crehan Roche will introduce an expert and exceptional line up of speakers on the day who will lead the discussion and debate. A key aim of the conference is the enhancement of knowledge and learning for our delegates, through the sharing of lessons from successful implementation of projects and research. The conference provides developmental and networking opportunities for managers to meet and engage with colleagues from different sectors in Ireland and abroad.
Although one of the premier events for health managers and professionals, the conference also provides real value for money. Certificates of attendance are available to attending delegates for CPD purposes.
