A new technology platform which will provide digital patient records is being deployed across hospitals and clinics in the Mater Private Hospital Network.
The Network is investing €26m in the new IT system which will cover the entire Network, including hospitals in Dublin and Cork, the Mid-Western Radiation Oncology Centre in Limerick and day hospitals and clinics in Limerick, Offaly, Meath and Louth.
The implementation of system will benefit patients and staff through immediate access to clinical information, supporting and facilitating clinical pathways and workflows.
