Dr Deirdre Madden, Deputy Chair HSE Board has contributed a chapter on Medical Law in Ireland to the Kluwer International Encyclopedia of Laws.
Dr Madden is Law Professor at University College Cork, specialising in health law, bioethics, healthcare regulation and patient safety.
