Dr. Geraldine Smith has been appointed as a Non-Executive Director to the Board of the Charities Regulator.
Dr. Smith is an Independent Governance, Internal Audit, Compliance, Assurance and Risk Advisory Consultant. She is Chair of the Audit & Risk Committee of the Office of Public Works. She is a former National Director of Internal Audit with the HSE.
