Bill Maher is to depart from his post as Group Chief Executive of the Bon Secours Health System, in June 2025.
At a farewell function, a spokesperson for the BSHG said that over the past nine years, Mr. Maher had played a central role in the growth and development of the Health System.
“It is a pleasure to thank him in person for his leadership and commitment and to wish him continued success in the years ahead.”
The afternoon included speeches from Bon Secours Hospital Galway CEO Henry Burrows and Mr Maher himself. As a token of appreciation, he was presented with an original artwork created by BSHG staff member Joanne Cooke.
