Winners of the HSE Excellence Awards 2022 Category for Improving Patient Experience: The Category Winners were from HSE Community Healthcare Dublin North City and County Social Inclusion (Homeless Services) & Ana Liffey Project for their project titled ‘Rapid Covid-19 LAMP testing in Dublin Homeless Services.’ This category was for projects that demonstrated how a service was improved for service users – for example better patient access, better information for patients, and showcased transferability of this improvement.
