The Immunology Department at St James’s Hospital, Dublin has become the first and only UCARE Centre (Urticaria Centre of Reference and Excellence) in Ireland. This accreditation highlights the department’s dedication to improving the management of hard-to-treat skin conditions.
The status was awarded to the Department by the Global Allergy and Asthma European Network following an audit which was spearheaded by Dr Cliodhna Murray, Dr Katie Ridge and Dr Niall Conlon.
