He was involved in Quality and Clinical Governance in the Channel Islands from 1998 to 2001. He said “The strength of the HRMF lies in the body of the membership. With advanced knowledge and skill in healthcare risk management, these members deliver significant support and specialised healthcare risk management direction and advice to our health system. With such a membership, we are well placed to act as an expert advisory body on healthcare risk management systems and to advance healthcare risk management knowledge and practice to enable enhanced quality of services for health service consumers and providers alike”.
