For the past eight decades, HMI has stood as a beacon of excellence, guiding health and social care managers through change, challenge, and transformation. We have nurtured leaders, shaped policy, and championed innovation across Ireland’s health and social care system.
In this Health Manager issue, we honour our legacy, spotlight our members, and showcase the vision that will carry us forward. This is not just a celebration of our past it’s a launchpad for our future. We are entering a new era where HMI is more than an Institute, it’s a movement. A movement powered by our members, whose insights, passion, and leadership are the heartbeat of everything we do.
